Google’s Hummingbird, Penguin and Panda: What’s Next – A Little Humor [Infographic]

This is my last post on Google’s Hummingbird and other cute animal algorithm updates, such as Penguin and Panda, for now. But I could not resit to share with you this humorous infographic that questions what to expect next from Google algorithm updates in terms of an nimal zoo.

In the last couple of years the online community has been inundated with Google algorithm updates and changes. All of them were aimed at improving the search experience for the reader and adapt to changes that are taking place in cyberspace. Some of the changes caused hardship even for the honest bloggers. Unfortunately life is like that and a little humor always helps.

This is great, thanks for the animal references, I think google gives them animal names to make the changes sounds less threatening, eventhough they are pretty devastating to most bloggers.

Oh my goodness a laugh fest with Dita, Adrienne,Sandy, and Lisa.

Should start watching out for Turkey Lurkey or maybe Turkey Buzzard since T Day is looming on the horizon.

    A Happy break.

      Hi Cararta,

you gave me a chuckle, thank you. It is nice to get a chuckle break. Happy break to you too. I live in Canada and we had our on the weekend of 10 of October. I don’t know why we have ours that early.

      Take care

This is very entertaining. I especially love the Poodle! The ironic thing is that Google makes those adorable animals like Penguin and Panda to bring forth devastation to websites (but in a good way).

I loved it Dita and you’re right, we have to laugh about all these names that Google’s coming up with regarding their updates. People are having so much fun laughing at their expense. They kind of did that to themselves don’t you think! Panda, penguin, hummingbird so what’s next?

Well with all of these choices we’re making it easier for them. Maybe we should all take a bet and see.

    Thanks for the chuckle!

      Hey Adrienne,

you welcome. Michel from above had a good suggestion about sharks, although they are not cute and I suspect Google would not want to be seen as sharks.

    Hi Dita,

Great infographic. I think it’s very clever. I am always amazed at the infographics that some people can come up with. Oh to be that creative!

A little humor does pay. Life would be very dull without it.

      Hey Sandy,

yeah laughter is good for the spirit! I agree with you, the infographics, memes and so many other images have made the reading and writing online experience so much more flavorful. I too always enjoy looking at infographics. Some are really clever.

    Hello Dita,

I liked it and of course there is a hint of truth which makes it all the more humorous.

Others might add a shark tank with the little guy getting eaten up by Google. Or is it the marketing portion that is the shark tank?

    Thanks for sharing the post!

    Hahaha!

    Really funny but effective.

Okay jokes apart, let’s come to the point.

I love to read this infographic Dita and one pin to it from my side.

Google is increasing blogging stress and newbies who don’t know how to deal with such google’s updates are quitting blogging. This little message may inspired them.

    Regards!
